Who we are
This website belongs to Darab Altibana Company. Al-Karrada Kharij 908, 37, 03, Baghdad. darabaltibana@gmail.com. +964 771 303 5570.
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry through the website we receive what you typed into the form, for example your name, phone number, email address and message, and any photos you chose to attach.
We count how many people visit the website using an anonymised daily figure. No cookies are set for this and no visitor is identified.
Measuring visits
To keep the website fast and useful, your browser sends us one short, anonymous note per page about how quickly the page loaded and where the visit came from, for example a search engine. It contains no name, contact details or identifier, and we only ever look at the totals.
If you arrived from a search, an advert or a link, your browser also keeps a note of that for the current visit only. It is held in your browser's session storage, is deleted when you close the tab, and is attached to an enquiry only if you send one, so we can see how you found us.
You can turn this measurement off on this device with the button on this page. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we do not measure your visits at all.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to reply to you and to carry out the work you asked about. We do not use it for marketing unless you have separately asked us to keep in touch. We use the visit totals to understand which pages help people and to keep the website fast.
Who we share it with
The website is built and hosted for Darab Altibana Company by Sprint Build, which delivers your enquiry to us and keeps the website running. Sprint Build does not use your details for anything else and does not sell them. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
To stop spam, the enquiry form may run an automatic check from Cloudflare, our hosting provider. It looks at signals from your browser to tell people from bots and is not used to track you across other websites.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are removed from the website system 30 days after they are delivered to us. We keep our own copy in our inbox for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry.
Visit figures are kept only as daily totals.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not load advertising or social-media trackers. Links to booking, ordering or map services open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
The only things kept on your device are the session note described above and, if you choose to turn measurement off, a note of that choice.
